Defining hearing impairment

To date, over 14 million Americans possess hearing loss to a certain degree, and this negatively affects the way they communicate with other individuals. She remembers how she got spinal meningitis when she was in the State of Washington and this made her go completely deaf. All of a sudden, I lost my ability to hear when I had it all thirty years of my life. She was quick to share how she felt so fearful about living the life of someone not being able to hear.
